One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on iaya9. Opening multiple accounts, including accounts registered under a different name, phone number, email address, or payment method belonging to the same individual, is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are discovered, iaya9 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any bonuses or winnings accrued through those accounts.

2.2

KYC Verification

Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and funds being held until verification is completed.

Account Security

You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. iaya9 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. Deposits and Withdrawals

iaya9 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) using locally supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to the limits and processing times stated in the Payment section of iaya9.pro.

3.1

Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your iaya9 account in real time upon successful payment confirmation. The minimum single deposit is ৳500. iaya9 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

3.2

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for most payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. You must withdraw to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by iaya9 support. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your name are not permitted.

Funds Verification

iaya9 reserves the right to verify the source of funds deposited to your account. If we are unable to verify the legitimacy of funds, iaya9 may temporarily suspend withdrawal processing and request supporting documentation. Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by iaya9 are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is detected, iaya9 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.

4.3

Promotional Changes

iaya9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value outside of their stated terms. iaya9 is not liable for any failure to receive a promotional offer due to technical errors.

Section 5

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the iaya9 platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between any general platform terms and the specific rules of a game, the game-specific rules will take precedence for matters relating to game outcomes and payouts.

Game outcomes on iaya9 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer operations managed by licensed game providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. iaya9 does not manipulate game outcomes. All RNG games are independently tested and certified for fairness.

5.1

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software failure, or connectivity error during a game session, iaya9 reserves the right to void bets affected by the malfunction and refund the stake. iaya9 is not liable for any losses incurred due to a technical failure on the part of the player's device or internet connection.

5.2

Bet Settlement

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as published by the governing body. iaya9 uses official scores and results only. In the event of a result amendment by the official governing body after initial settlement, iaya9 reserves the right to re-settle the relevant bets accordingly.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the iaya9 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without notice:

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
Registering or operating multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, bonus restrictions, or responsible gaming settings.
Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financing of unlawful activities, or other financial crime.
Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards iaya9 staff or other players via any communication channel.

iaya9 reserves the right to investigate any account at any time and to suspend access pending the outcome of any such investigation. Funds held in suspended accounts will not be released until the investigation is concluded and the account is cleared.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the iaya9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and design elements — is the exclusive property of iaya9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the iaya9 platform without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
